What are open-ended requests?

Sometimes you don't want to send your clients a checklist based request because you don't know exactly what they want to send you or perhaps they want a secure place to send documents on an ongoing basis. Open-ended requests are perfect for these situations. Instead of being walked through a checklist, item by item, open-ended requests are links that can be used on an ongoing basis with less structure.
