Fillable Forms / eSignature
To create a fillable form, first start by uploading a PDF attachment to your request. Next, click the button that says "Create Form". This will convert your attachment to a form that can be completed directly on the client request page. Our form builder will pop up enabling you to drag and drop fillable fields onto the document. Fillable PDFs will automatically populate with any form fields that are embedded in the document.
To add eSignature, drag and drop the Signature field onto the signing location. Clients will be able to type in their name and adopt a legally binding signature. An additional page will be appended to the document containing information regarding the signers session for audit purposes. This information includes the signer's IP address, the current timestamp at the time of signing, as well as the authentication method used to verify the signer's identity. By clicking on the link sent directly from Pipefile, we can identify the signer by their email address or phone number.
