Reports

Dig into the details with Reports — a CSV file containing data on every request across your entire team — all in one export, without having to click into each request individually. Each row includes a wide range of data: subject, status, creation and expiration dates, views, last activity, items counts, recipient names and emails, tags, and more — giving you everything you need to audit activity or report on team performance.


To access Reports, go to Settings→Reports, or visit https://pipefile.com/dashboard/account/reports. Select your desired date range, then click Generate Report to download your CSV.

Why Reports are useful:

  • Keep requests on track when a team member is out. If someone is on leave or departs unexpectedly, Reports lets you instantly see the status of all of their requests — who they were sent to, what's still pending, and what needs follow-up — so nothing slips through the cracks.
  • See if a recipient has unsubscribed. The report includes an unsubscribe indicator for each recipient. If a client unsubscribed from reminders, this is where you'll find out.
  • Get a full status snapshot instantly. Rather than opening each request individually, the downloaded report shows the status of every request across your team at once — including how many items have been responded to, approved, and how many reminders have gone out.
